Welcome to Pulse Malmö ("Pulse", "we", "our", "us"). Pulse is a real-time city companion that helps you discover events, deals, local stories, and public transit information across Malmö. By accessing or using Pulse, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the app and website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pulse.

If you are under 18, you may use Pulse only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Description of Service

Pulse provides:

• Location-based discovery of events, deals, and "secret places"
• Real-time public transit information (e.g., bus departures)
• Personalized content based on categories you select (e.g., Matches, Concerts, Food & Drinks, Deals, Local Stories, Nightlife, Culture, Outdoors)
• Local stories and editorial content
• Optional account features (e.g., saved places, membership, premium access)

Pulse may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

4. User Accounts

Some features may require creating an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not impersonate others
• Not use Pulse for unlawful activity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Location Services

Pulse relies on your device's location to show nearby events, deals, and stories.

You can choose Enable Location or Maybe Later at any time.

By enabling location:

• You consent to Pulse processing your location in real time
• You understand that location is required for core functionality
• You may disable location at any time in your device settings

Pulse does not store your location unless required for a specific feature.

6. User Content

You may submit content such as feedback, suggestions, or interactions with local stories.

You agree that:

• You own the rights to any content you submit
• You grant Pulse a non-exclusive license to use that content to operate the service
• You will not submit harmful, illegal, or abusive content

Pulse may remove content that violates these terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use Pulse for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Interfere with servers, APIs, or network operations
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Misuse location features to track or harass others
• Submit false or misleading information

Violations may result in suspension or legal action.

8. Third-Party Services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

Pulse Malmö, including its design, branding, content, and technology, is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Pulse content
• Use Pulse branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on Pulse
